From what we trust you find is an informative blog, to a wide range of resources for property buyers, sellers and investors and area market data, we have been, and will remain, committed to serving you better, even before you've even spoken with us. We are also extremely active across all the most popular social networking sites, proactively driving more traffic to our site on a daily basis.
Open Houses - At Everest Peak Realty, we go the extra mile to make an open house go well. We often arrange exclusive neighborhood gatherings and will encourage attendance by knocking on doors in the area. These events are proving very effective and are often held in advance of the home going onto the market, to give an added incentive to potential attendees. Where possible, we also produce a video blog of the home prior to the event to create even more interest. This is also usually augmented by announcements via social networking, including Facebook.
Video Tours - This year we have greatly expanded our video tours of listed properties. This is a tremendously potent method of attracting qualified potential buyers to view your home. A video tour allows them to gain a much deeper understanding of how the rooms in your home flow together, plus a more vivid portrayal of its key features. This gives them much more confidence that your home matches their own pre-specified requirements and thus greatly improves the chances that they will devote the time, and travel cost, to visit your home for a much closer look. Ongoing Training - The real estate industry changes all the time, with dynamic market conditions and a whole range of important external factors affecting the business.
