It is very tempting to view as many homes as you can in your search, but is playing the numbers game really the best way to go house hunting in the Albuquerque area?

It was discovered that the vast majority of buyers view less than 11 homes. Perhaps an even more telling statistic is that those buyers who view 30 or more homes only accounted for 5% of all home sales...

In other words, a more focused approach pays dividends.

Those buyers viewing an extremely high volume of homes are probably less certain of exactly what they want from their home. But whose fault is that?

We would suggest that one of the key functions of a realtor in the buying process is to sit down with potential purchasers and forensically examine their needs and ambitions with their home.

This is something we do as standard and it works. We ensure that the homes you will view have great relevance to the features and other aspects that we have identified with you during in-depth discussions.

We would also assert that if this process is not adhered to by your realtor, you are more likely to end up in the 5% category, due to a poorly targeted "scattergun" approach.

This can make the whole home search a really furstrating grind when, in fact, it should be an enjoyable experience. It's also far more time efficient and, let's face it, who has time to waste these days!

Why not CALL US TODAY and we'll help you to create a precise definition of your requirements. We're confident that it will pay rich dividends.
